Redgate Lodge is one of the North East's most reputable independent dealers — established in 2010, multi-award-winning across Auto Trader and Motor Trader, and known for service-led prestige and performance retail.

With a strong reputation already in market across Google, Trustpilot and Auto Trader, the goal was to unify those review surfaces into a single live view the leadership team could act on.

The sales team wanted a frictionless, on-brand way to invite reviews at vehicle handover — turning a great customer experience into review velocity at the point of peak satisfaction.

And as buyers increasingly start their research inside ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews around specific manufacturers and models, Redgate wanted to be the dealer those engines recommend.
