Modern Slavery Statement

Effective date: 10 June 2026

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps that NE26 LIMITED (company number 16030871), trading as Click Acquisition, has taken and continues to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.

1. Our Business

Click Acquisition is a digital marketing and revenue systems consultancy. We provide AI-enhanced growth systems across acquisition, activation, retention, and platform optimisation for B2B and eCommerce businesses. 2. Our Commitment

We are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery, including forced labour, debt bondage, human trafficking, and child labour.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place in our business or supply chains.

3. Our Supply Chain

As a digital services business, our supply chain primarily consists of:

  • Technology and software providers (cloud hosting, SaaS platforms, development tools)
  • Freelance contractors and specialist consultants
  • Professional service providers (legal, accounting, insurance)
  • Office and facilities suppliers

We consider our supply chain to be low-risk for modern slavery due to the nature of the services we procure. However, we remain vigilant and take appropriate steps to assess and manage any potential risks.

4. Due Diligence

We carry out the following due diligence processes:

  • Evaluating potential suppliers before engaging them, taking into account their policies on modern slavery where relevant
  • Reviewing our existing supply chain periodically to assess risk
  • Using reputable, established suppliers who operate transparently
  • Including modern slavery provisions in contracts with suppliers where appropriate

5. Risk Assessment

We assess the risk of modern slavery occurring in our business and supply chain by considering:

  • The nature and location of services being provided
  • The sector in which suppliers operate
  • The vulnerability of workers involved
  • The level of control and oversight we have

6. Training and Awareness

We ensure that our team members are aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and understand our commitment to preventing it. We encourage all staff and contractors to report any concerns or suspicions regarding modern slavery in our business or supply chain.
